About Exercise

Being physically active on a regular basis is one of the healthiest things we can do for ourselves. In fact, "taking it easy" has actually been found to be risky. For the most part, when we lose the ability to do things on our own, it's often because we've not been active.

  • Always-present fitness coordinator helps set up and refine exercise programs. Use Nautilus strength-training machines, Nu Step, other bikes, and weights; learn essential stretches.
  • M-Thurs: 9:30-4:30 pm
    Friday:10:00am-3:00pm
  • Monthly fee: $35.
    Fee for initial assessment and program design: $35
    Some scholarships available.
  • Schedule 2 or 3 sessions per week.
    Some free classes with membership.
